Hi! my name is Max and I'm going to tell you a story, a story filled with magic and mystrey. Well our story start's on a warm Saturday afternoon taon 1950, I had just left from delivering a note to my grandma who was sick with the flu, I was makeing my way back to my house when I saw this strange light comeing from this puno so I went to investigate, there was a strange smell eminateing from the hole in the puno it smelled like a musky hambuger, the closer I got the worse it became, when I finally got to the hole in which the horrid smell was comeing from I saw something inside the hole, it was a dead cat and what look to be a pendent of some sort. "What the hell?!" I sinabi covering my nose trying to avoid the smell but it was so bad it was makeing me dizzy, as I stood there paralyzed from the stench I heard something behind me, I turned quickly but nothing was there "Hmm strange." I thought to myself as I grabed the pendent and started walking back to my house with great haste. As I arrived at my house I was greeted sa pamamagitan ng my dog Simba "Hey boy, how is my buddy today." I sinabi as I scratched his head playfully, "Ah you're home." sinabi Mom as she walked out from the house smileing with eye's as bright as two diamond's shimering in the sun and a smile that would warm an ice cold room in the dead of winter, "Hello Mother." I replied as I huged her tightly, "Well someone is happy today." Mother sinabi as looked at the pendent around my neck "whats this?" Mother sinabi as she held the dark purple pendent in her hand's "Oh ya.. I bought that at the tindahan while I was walking back from grandma's." I sinabi as pulled away quickly and headed up stair's "That pendent.... no it couldn't be." thought Mother to herself as she went into the kusina to start dinner. As the araw turnedto night I was in my room studying the pendent I had found in that old decaying tree, "Weird it feels like I have seen this before." I thought to myself as I gazed into the dark purple void in the center of the pendent like it was calling me to come inside, "Max hapunan is ready!" yelled Mother from downstair's, I couldn't stop staring into the pendent, when I finally turned away something felt like it was tuging at my soul, I blacked out, when I awoke Mother was above me I looked around I was on the floor apperntly I had fell when I was geting up from my chair "Max! are you okay?" asked Mother as she helped me up "ya... I think." I replied feeling a pain deep in my chest "Maybe you need to lay down." sinabi Mother worried as she helped me into bed, as I fell asleep I could hear a faint voice "H...Hel..." but the voice was gone before I could make out what it was saying, I dozed off to sleep. While I was dreaming I could see this faint light and what it seemed like a girl reaching out to me, but before I could get any closer I woke to the smell of cooked tusino susunod to my kama "Ah you're awake I made you breakfest." sinabi Mother with a warm smile, as I leaned over to grab my tray I could feel the pain in my chest grow even more, I grabed my chest in great pain "Max are you alright?!" asked Mother as she grabed me before I fell off the bed, the pain was so bad it felt like some one was twisting a sword in my chest "Max...." sinabi a the voice I heard last night, all of a sudden the pain stop and I fell into a deep sleep "Max! wake up!" yelled Mother as she held me close, when I woke up I was floating "Huh... whe...where am I?" I asked as I looked around to see if I could see anything but it was useless it was picth black "Max this way." sinabi a voice comeing from infront of me "Where I don't see you." I replied trying to ilipat forward, I felt something grab my hand and drag me down "Max! come on wake up!" sinabi another voice... it was Mother I could hear her voice comeing from above, I struggled to go up but the force that had grabed me was not going to let go so easy it felt like all hope was fadeing when I had finally gave up another force was pulling at my heart. I looked down at my chest there was a light eminateing from within me I reached into my chest and pulled out what looked like a sword with the same stone that the pendent had, as I pulled it out it started glowing bright purple and lite the whole room I had a good veiw at what was draging me down, it was a demon!! I used the weapon I had, the demon quickly let go and I wenting flying upward as I was soaring upward I notice a distant light grow brighter and brighter, when I reached the light I felt a presence comeing from it, as I reached for the light it flashed and I found myself in my room. Mother was worried "Max! you're awake!" she sinabi as she held me close, I couldn't stop thinking about the voice that was talking to me "Was it Mother or someone else?" I thought to myself as I lied back down "Are you going to be okay Max?" asked Mother in a worried tone I looked up at her "Yes Mother it was nothing." I replied trying to not to worry her any madami then she already was.

I wonder, sometimes, if she ever thinks of me.
If she knows that I kept only one picture of her. Anything else was just too painful. In the picture, she doesn't know I am taking it until the camera flash goes off. She has been sitting at the mesa in her old bedroom, and she is half-smiling.
**************************************************
I walk up to her, not breaking eye contact. Nothing existed but her.
The little girl was perched on her hip.
I trailed my fingers down her jawline. She still didn't move.
"Why did you leave?"

Time is just a thing.
You can't ever have to little.
You can always have enough.
But when you look at it,
our lives are just a piece.
A piece of what time has to give.
So why not live the fullest,
to what we can.
Why waste it wishing,
on something you'll never have.
Let time do its own thing,
so we can do ours.
You see time is mysterious.
It controls our lives.
And in one quick second,
our time may be up.
So take what you're given,
and give nothing back.
With time nothing is ever what it seems.
You can't ever have to little.
You can always have enough.
But when you look at it,
our lives are just a piece.
A piece of what time has to give.

I'm just drifting, drifting down this road.
The dust kicking up behind me,
Just a ulap to hide my past.
My feet don't leave any footprints,
My name never graces those lips
That I'm watching from a distance,
A distance that grows greater
As I'm drifting, drifting down this road.
I'm not on the way to anything great,
I'm just hiding, hiding down in the dark.
The shadows closing in around me,
Just a blanket to smother my past.
My eyes can't see in the gloom,
My voice never breaks the silence
That I keep deep in my heart,
A puso that grows blacker
As I'm drifting, drifting in the dark.
