Snow. To us, it seemed like the pure spirit to keep us alive. It was always saddening to know that winter passed so mysteriously, every year; a new condition globally, whether it be a blizzard or rarely a snowfall at all. Either way, the cold was a mixture of high against our skin, and the instant that we saw frost escaping from the sky and settling against the window the nakaraan morning, we knew we were in luck.
I am sad to say that it's not winter right now.
No, beyond the human portal it was only the blazing sun that taunted us as we stayed indoors, avoiding the exposure. For the feyries like me, the ones that have survived longer than the rest and know the rules and procedures of the feyry life, we knew to stay inside and ignore the curious humans outside and the insane calls from the business building we worked at. But it was saddening for the feyries that knew nothing and couldn't control the flashes of pain and amnesia when they woke up. For example, take Shawn, the newest member. He woke up this morning, simple and dandy, going to the fridge and drinking out of the carton of kahel juice, seating himself down and enjoying the cold air that surrounded the room. segundos after that first sip... he went into a spasm. Screaming, kicking, and then moments later he darted out the door and into the sunlight.
He sinabi no parting words as the sunlight burnt him into a crisp, his Buto converted into ashes before our eyes.
It was a relief that there was no human outside that saw what happened; oh, no, that would be a very taxing price to put on those Shadow feyries. They despise being pulled during the daytime, especially for a clean-up duty.
For any feyrie, there is no emotions. No happy feelings, per say. It's against the Feyry Law Book. There is a consequence for disobeying any one of the Laws. But no one has had the courage to find out what it is, and none of the Council members have had the bravery to tell any of the feyries what that consequence may be. Feyries might go to War. Suicide. That's why we feyries are madami important that humans. We have the smarts not to tell the lowly citizens what their price would be to not obey. That would be just another piece of luring cheese for the mouse to fantasize about.
Five kinds of feyries: Winter, Summer, Fall, Spring, and the Shadow. They all have their enemies, they all have their allies. We go to War against another once every hundred years, and the Rising Year, the worst one yet, is to make its approach in a matter of months. To tell you what it's like would scare your dreams wild.
For five kinds of feyries, there is five different portals attatched to the Earth, taking us roaming feyries back to the world we belong in. Buria, for the Winter feyries; Stravaganza for the Summer; Sentenia for the Spring; Ceroza for the Fall; and simply the Shadowland for the Shadow feyries. There are multiple portals all around, and all it takes is a flick of the wrist and a couple of feyry words to make one appear anywhere you desire. Not one letter of our language is known to mankind. But the Laws... many feyrie hunters, also known as the Lethyals, know every sentence of the Feyry Law Book. A demon of Satan, many centuries ago, made multiple copies for our enemies to gaze upon, and our enemies placed them into the hands of the humans. Now the Lethyals know our punishments. And for years they have lured our kind into deaths that any feyrie shivers to think about. The 5 major Laws to abide sa pamamagitan ng are:
#1: Do not speak in feyry language in front of a human.
#2: Do not let a human see the feyry language on paper of any sort.
#3: Do not think or speak about feyries when you are near a Lethyal.
#4: Do not enter Lethyal territory.
#5: Do not, sa pamamagitan ng any means necessary, get on an iffatuated level with any human that crosses your path.
There are madami Laws in the Book---1,017, to be exact---and all of them have the same mysterious consequence that is unknown to us.
A consequence I didn't know about until a few months before now.
We shall go back...

When I woke up I was on a cement floor. My head felt terrible pain and I saw that I had some black and blue on my leg.
''Finally, you woke up. I have been waiting for your name.'' A voice sinabi behind me. I turned around and screamed the sream that sounds like a dying llama. ''Billiam Fergunsun!'' I yelled in rage. ''Yes, tis I ,Billiam Fergunsun."
He is such an idiot. I stood up and brought my knee to his pee-hole and he screamed like a little girl. "Girl power!" I screamed. I didn't notice his friends.
They almost hit me when I heard someone scream now! and I felt light headed and everything went dark again.

TOADSTEP PVO
What just happened what kind of dream was that? Toadstep wondered.
He couldn't believe he just dreamed that he loved Dovewing madami than Ivypool. He shook his head vigourously trying to get the thought out of his mind. Ivypool was lying beside him and dreaming too, she mustn't of heard him call out his dream.
Thank god! Toadstep thought with relief.
He nudged his mate and she got up, "Morning, Toadstep." She purred rubbing her face against Toadstep's..
Everything is going to be okay, Toadstep you'll be fine, as long as she doesn't find out about the dream.

Can I help if I am messy?
Can I help if I forget?
Yes I can.
Can I help if I mouth off?
Can I help if I cuss?
Again, yes.
Can I help if you screech?
Can I help if you blather?
No.
Can I help if you're a hypocrite?
Can I help if you overreact?
No, not really.
Can I help if you yell at me, for no good reason?
Can I help if you punish me for rolling my eyes?
Lord knows no.
True, I can help some bad things I do.
But the worst thing of all.
That I possibly can do.
Is waste araw after day.
Of putting up with you.

You’re the reason why
I have to lie
Why I hurt so much
That my heart’s in a clutch
I’m slowly dying
‘Cause of your lying
You used to be my magic
But now you’re a dick
You made me long to be
Everything that wasn’t Lee
But look where that got me
Locked in without a key
If only you knew
That I plummeted deeper than blue
But then again
You’re just another two timing has been
You ran away
Thinking it’d be okay
But you were wrong
madami so than any pag-ibig song
You made me want to sing
With you following
But look at how wrong I was
Believing you that it was just “buzz”
Now you’re the reason why
I cannot do anything but cry
I have to lie
Why I hurt so much
That my heart’s in a clutch
I’m slowly dying
‘Cause of your lying
You used to be my magic

I felt them start to build up
As soon as I saw him
I put on a happy face for my mom
Because she doesn’t know
That he broke my heart
She didn’t know that I balled my eyes out
She hasn’t realized that I’ve withdrawn
He says he wants us to be friends
I could barely hold them back
He asked if I understood
And I do
But that doesn’t stop the pain and anger
I blink back the tears
And realize that I was starting to put a shield up
My shield of anger
I feel the tears
As I pray
That God will help me this time
So I don’t isolate myself again
And don’t lose myself
Tears……
They come and I can’t stop them
I hate them
They are a weakness
and I can’t stop them
As soon as I saw him
I put on a happy face for my mom
Because she doesn’t know
That he broke my heart

Violently, the ground shook,
As the mountain exhaled black smoke.
Overwhelmed, they ran for cover,
Those left began to choke.
Cherished, were the possessions left behind,
Melted and scattered as ash.
Beloved, the children lost,
They couldn’t make a matulin dash.
Darkened, the cloudy heavens above,
Black clouds fell from the sky.
Covered, the people escaping,
With no way out they began to die.
Lost, the souls of the trapped,
A snatched half-chance at life.
Fallen is Pompeii;
Civilisation, pag-ibig and it’s people’s cries.
As the mountain exhaled black smoke.
Overwhelmed, they ran for cover,
Those left began to choke.
