At age ten my puso was on fire. I didn’t know what to do. I was screaming in an abandon house. It was excruciating. I was twitchng, squirming, eyes bulging, and coughing up blood.
All I remember from what had happened to get to this was this:
“Okay Charlotte.” I laughed. “I’ll see you tomorrow.”
I waved to my best friend and made my way down the sidewalk, away from the school I would never see again.
The clouds were blue and the birds were pag-awit their best tunes. I skipped down the sidewalk, actually looking pasulong to seeing my new baby brother.
Even though he was the most annoying thing in the world, his disturbance couldn't even ruin the mood I was in. It felt as if I was floating along with everything falling into place perfectly for me. Today felt perfect.
Holding my school books and skipping, I sang ‘Oh it’s a Wonderful Day’. A pebble skipped behind me as I skipped and sang, but I didn’t care to notice. The bushes moved, but again I didn’t care to notice. Finally footsteps were heard behind me and I stopped to listen.
The footsteps stopped.
I scowled thinking my head was messing with me and continued with my activities.
“Emma.” A scarce voice whispered behind me. I whipped my head around but no one was there. I decided not to sing or skip and walk in silence.
“Emma.” The voice repeated. I looked again but no one was there. I picked up my pace, until I came upon the old Burden’s house. Legend has it that is haunted.
No one dared to go inside it.
People sinabi if you went inside it bad things would happen to you and then you come out a different person.
Once someone went inside and they disappeared. For five years. The finally they appeared again but they appeared in Alanta, Georgia. Five states away from mine.
I stared, gaping my mouth at the abandon house.
“Emma. Go inside the house.” The voice whispered. I whipped my head around.
“Is that voice crazy?” I thought. Then, as f it picked a good time, the rain started to pour down. The only dry and ligtas place was the house. Lightning flashed and I became scared that I would get shocked so stepped onto the porch.
I must have been crazy but my parents always told me to stay out of the rain and go to a ligtas place, no matter where was.
I opened the door to find a regular English home, it was a little dusty and creaky but it was okay. I stood there with my mouth open thinking ‘This house isn’t scary!’
I placed my bag down and stepped further into the house.
I heard a slam upstairs. I flinched then I started to turn to go when something blocked my way.
I gasped.
A lean tall pale man was standing in front of the front door.
“Hello Emma.” He said.
“Um how do you know my name?” I looked around confused.
“I know lot about you Emma.” he sinabi quietly.
He slowly inched is way towards me opening his mouth with every step. I suddenly realized why people never came out the same.
Why they appeared to be different or disappeared for years.
I knew right now was that i was dealing with something madami powerful than me. Who knew what other creatures got to the people that walked in here.
My eyes widened when I saw his teeth...
they were fangs.

The Pillsbury Doughboy died yesterday of a yeast infection and trauma complications from repeated pokes in the belly. He was 71. Doughboy was buried in a lightly greased coffin. Dozens of celebrities turned out to pay their respects, including Mrs. Butterworth, Hungry Jack, the California Raisins, Betty Crocker, the Hostess Twinkies, and Captain Crunch. The gravesite was piled high with flours. Aunt Jemima delivered the eulogy and lovingly described Doughboy as a man who never knew how much he was kneaded. Doughboy rose quickly in ipakita business, but his later life was filled with turnovers. He was not considered a very smart cookie, wasting much of his dough on half-baked schemes. Despite being a little flaky at times he still was a crusty old man and was considered a positive roll model for millions. Doughboy is survived sa pamamagitan ng his wife Play Dough, two children, John Dough and Jane Dough, plus they had one in the oven. He is also survived sa pamamagitan ng his elderly father, Pop Tart.
Is it possible to fall in pag-ibig with someone you’ve never met
Your only knowledge stemming from information you’ve seen or read
Before I knew of his existence I would have stated no
Yet the first time I saw him my puso begged to never let go
It isn’t rational
Or logical
Though pag-ibig rarely is
I can’t make my puso stop wishing that I held his
And I know it's stupid and silly to believe
In some kind of fairy tale
The perfect prince for me
But every time I see that smile
I can’t help but feel
That one araw we could share
A pag-ibig that is real

I breathed in and out slowly. This was horrid. Running. I spat at the word. I despised running.
Joseph jogged up to me. "You okay Kristen?"
"Yeah, just give me a minute."
"Hah! You always end up like this. Maybe you should quit track?"
"You know I can't! If I do, then I have to do Trigonometry. Ugh. That's worse."
"Right..."
I stood up and we walked in silence. His lithe step did not match mine. I had a clumsy, trip over step. I needed somebody to teach me how to walk right.
"Oof." I had tripped, and landed on my side. How? I have no idea. Normal people land on their face or back. Not me!
Please e-mail me or comment. Tell me if you like this segment or not, if I get enought votes, I will continue my writing.
