here i am now, missing you,
i need to let go now and know the truth
it wasn't right, that pag-ibig i had for you,

you didn't know,
i couldn't tell,
too shy to say, 'i pag-ibig you',
i slipped by, so alone,wondering if you thought of me, too
but now i'm gonna let go,

see the sun rise,
watch a baby play,
sing a song and
go dancing in the rain

all without a single thought of you,
i'm gonna let go and enjoy myself
without you there at all,

i'm gonna learn someday that happiness
is not defined with your name
so you can ilipat on now,
i'm forgeting us,
let's both go on now

and i'm trying
to forget us
but your memories won't letgo of my heart
let me go
i must go on
have to live in your absence
even though
you're my life and breath
everthing i am
i've got to let go
i gotta forget
'cause i wanna

it's hard
moving on
when we did so much together
you've still got
a piece of me
give it back now!
my heart's mine,
and no one else
has ever walked right in
the way you did
no one's ever been quite like you!
but someday,
someone will come
he'll sweep me
off my feet
but 'till then,
i can't forget
the sound of your voice in my head!
