Becca nodded and turned on her side to sleep. Luna left the room, closing the door. She punched the number in for the code and a screen of lasers appeared before becoming invisible. Luna turned away, marching to where the two teams were still sitting. She gripped her swords tightly but knew Becca would never want them harmed.

“First off, stop fighting her battles! Second, I sinabi that stuff. And third, we are her friends!”
Luna scoffed at Erin's words and replied with a voice of sarcasm.

Well I have news for you. Becca saw both her families killed. She saw the life of a slave. She saw the way evil can burn love. And she saw her own reflection to scare off her demons. Yet you still have the nerve to treat her like a child? Not only that, but Becca is a born warrior. She has been trained in every skill. She has been taken advantage of, been abused. She even dedicated her life to the criminal side for you guys. But you can't get past her emotions? Let me tell you all something.”

“Becca has lived a full life. And a horrible one. She doesn't need some stuck up bayani to protect her. She needs friends, she needs love, and she needs respect. And she deserves it all.”
“What about you? You protect her.”

If you don't relinquish your hold on her, I can swear to you that Becca will never return to your lives. And you will not be welcome here.”
