Mulan and Aladdin are my OTP and I really think they would have a better relationship with each other than with Shang and Jasmine.

Well, Dodger never had a partner. A lot of people think he had a bit of a crush on Rita, but they technically weren't together. Honestly, I think Angel would be better off with Dodger than Scamp. Scamp is very ungrateful, annoying, immature, and stubborn. He told Buster that Angel wanted to be apart of a family, which was something she did NOT want him to tell anyone. Dodger is very kalye wise, like Angel, which would help them get along a bit. I've just watched Lady and the Tramp 2 again and I agree with you that Scamp is too bad for Angel and he blurts out her secret when he himself is in trouble.
