This was from Rebel's Got Talent, but she's been in others? Thoughts on her design? Is she really the Snow reyna or just a background?

Never noticed her! But she could very well be the Snow Queen; she looks a lot like the Snow Queen's daughter would look. She hasn't been introduced in Ever After High, so we don't know for sure. I pag-ibig her disensyo though! :)

you do realize that "Frozen" was loosely based on"The Snow Queen"which was a fairy tale written sa pamamagitan ng Hans Christian Andersen?

don't know why you didn't just correct me on not knowing what cinnamonbon meant sa pamamagitan ng Snow Queen.Instead you just told me that nagyelo was loosely based on a fairy tale. Which has very little to do with nagyelo being a fairy tale itself.The only thing it indicates is that you thought I didn't know that nagyelo was "loosely" based on a book.This pagtatalo could've easily got needlessly complicated if I misinterpreted what cinna meant when reread the question. Btw I'm not the biggest tagahanga of people correcting me on mistakes I made months age especially on conventional stuff such as nagyelo when there's a 1/6 chance that I didn't find out already.

You are correct about this "snow princess" being in madami than one episode. I think I saw her in "And The Thronecoming reyna Is…". But the Ever After High Wikia considers her a backgrounder so she's not the real Snow Queen's daughter.
