xDD first answer!! (im surprised there isnt madami in this club, I pag-ibig the OVA and manga!!)
I believe in the OVA she's 140cm and in the manga she starts out as 140cm and grows 2cm between first and segundo year. (though, the height difference between her and yuushin is still the same because he also grows 2cm, making their height difference exactly 50cm again xDD). Im not too sure if she grows anymore, because im still pagbaba the manga and havent finished it yet. (Chapter 22~!)
