This will be no help because I cant ask some one out for my life im to much of a pansy lol. But If he does turns you down just say ok turn away and go tahanan and get ice cream sit in front of the tv and hang up side down when you do it lol. It helps me and my mga kaibigan lol.

This is quite simple actually. Are you guys mga kaibigan already? If you are then it would make it slightly easier but much harder if he turns you down. If you are already close, don't ask him out on a petsa first, just ask him out with a group of mga kaibigan that you 2 might have in common with, but take some time to talk to him privately in between when you are out.

This might sound really cheesy but it works, after an outing with a group, ask him out again, but just the 2 of you, tell him maybe you know this really nice place and you want to take him there for a dinner, if he asks you "Is This A Date?", just smile at him and say, "Perhaps....". When a lady is mysterious like this a guy cannot fail to be starstruck. While there, talk to him, get to know his likes and stuff and take interest in what he does.

If you guys aren't close you can still do the above but try getting to know him first, slow and steady. Say Hi, find something about him that catches your eye, maybe his clothes, that makes a good ice-breaker. Keep the conversation going then as you become friends, just carry on from what I described above.

Asking someone out on a petsa isn't the same as telling someone you like them, there are different emotions involved and firstly, do not tell yourself you would get rejected because one never knows until they try. Let's say if he doesn't want to go out with you, naturally you would feel sad, but don't let it consume you, because if you ipakita that to him, he might feel really guilty and really want to be nice to you, not because he likes you, but because he would somehow assume that he hurt you emotionally. So even if he turns you down, try to smile and keep it within yourself, then go home, listen to music, do something you pag-ibig and wait until life throws you your one and only :)

It's going to take some time, do not rush things, there is a perfect moment when you can ask him, so just take things slow, wait for the chance and go for it. Life is too short to sit back and wait for something to happen, you just have to seize the moment :)
