For me, you should keep on talking to him, try to spend time with him as "freinds", and if he likes you, you will see it while you guys are talking or spending time together, if her girlfreind doesn't like him, she won't realy matter if you guys hang out, and let time do the rest, don't try to rush things

talk to him. dont be like too clingy, but just like start conversations. you can flirt a little, but dont make it too obvious. eventually, since his current relationship is probobly not going to last, they'll end up breaking up. then he'll start noticing you, and whaalllaahh, you should end up together
