Wanted: A person imaginally gifted. Can you help me create a few characters for this story?

the girl should be distant but just because shes shy,she could be controlove(spelled it wrong>.<) and hate to lose so when she loses she gets attitude for looks have long greyish hair tall skinny and for eyes they should be purple she should be a vampire powers:shape shifting,super hearing,body parts turning into weopons and that's all i can think of sorry if this doesn't help

She's got light grey eyes, slightly tanned skin, and straight black hair that flows in the wind. She's a werewolf, and is normally a pretty calm, laid back person. Yet like the wind, she lashes out when angry and isn't afraid to put up a fight. She tries to keep control of her power when she gets angry, but sometimes it doesn't work out so well. Nobody hates her, but she isn't the most popular girl either.

Powers: Control machinery, fly, breath underwater, walk through walls, invisibility, x-ray vision, heat vision, power over weather, and animal related powers (like gagamba man)

She needs to be in control and she gets what she wants, no matter what she has to do to get it. She may seem cold hearted but deep down she is loyal.
She has almost platinum blonde hair, and icy blue eyes. She is a little bit taller than what you would call short. She has pale skin no freckles.
She has a scar running down the left side of her face, from when she was once atacked sa pamamagitan ng ...something you want to chose.
