I think this tanong has been asked before so i'll copy what i remember of the answer i read LOL
I think they way to become a die-hard/dedicated tagahanga to a single club is to post as much as you can. However i believe if you just post/comment one word syllables it doesn't work. I think you're posts and comments etc have to be reliable and a great length :s
You could try sending snugglebum a message as she is a dedicated tagahanga on the Naruto spot :) She may be able to tell you how she managed it :P

First of all, read link article, it will answer tanong about medalya for you. And from personal experience, it doesn't take the much to get medals, but it really varies. I've gotten dedicated medalya in like a few days of being active or a few weeks. The die-hard and fanatics take a lot longer though.

as babyblud said, it involves posting alot and praying that everyone else likes it! if i recall correctly, the secret lies in how much people rate your submissions!
