i go to my room and cry i just want to be alone and listen to depressing music to make me madami depressed sometimes i even push my nail into my wrist to ease the pain i dont cut

I usually eat tsokolate as well, it cheers me up; comfort food. It's not such a good habit though, I try to avoid it.


Main thing though, is I focus on the good things in life. If it's at the point when I've been wasting away tears and lying on my kama with a handful of tissues, then when it's calmed down I usually slap myself and think 'What am I crying for?!' and start thinking about everything that's good in life.
Something else I do which may or may not be slightly strange is look back on all my mga litrato from when I was little kid. It makes me feel better knowing I'm the same girl that was always happy, always laughing, who was so naive to the world.
I look back on kamakailan memories too; the good ones.
Music is an amazing cure though. I like to songwrite when I'm depressed, but if I'm not up to it then I just play my iPod. Evanescence always seems to particularly help in these situations.


Are you ok though? Here if you want a chat, I know it's nice to be able to talk to someone and not have to talk, or make any effort to cover up any feelings. I'd pag-ibig to help if I can.

That actually depends on what upset me in the first place.
If it's about pag-ibig then i usually have a little cry at home, listen to some music and then play a little piano very noisily and badly to get out all the frustration.
If it's a friend who has hurt me but saying something un-true or not very nice, i confront them and ask them what the hell they're on about and demand an explanation.
If i just feel upset for no reason, like i normally do and i can't see any reasoning behind why i'm feeling that way, i have a little cry (usually sa pamamagitan ng watching a soppy film [Bicentennialman FTW!]) and then gorge myself on tsokolate and ice-cream.
If it's angry-upset, such as if someone has hurt someone you love, like when my mother and another woman got into a fight and this woman sent all her three sons round to throw bricks at my mother's window then the whole family rally round and go round to their house for a fight. Which makes us feel a lot better.
