Why does my camera keep distorting?

Every time I try to film a project for school outdoors, my camera keeps distorting sa pamamagitan ng making a weird sound sort of like static, accompanied sa pamamagitan ng the screen on video messing up, too. And also, there's this guy in a suit who keeps following me, and he has no face, or anything... Why is he always there when my camera distorts?
