Wtf is wrong with me?

Okay,so there's this boy in my school.A couple years nakaraan we couldnt stand each other,and for no apparent reason,then he sinabi he liked me and has been nice since but i hate him...so today,i saw him and he didnt say anything(he usually does) and didnt text (he always does).Then why am i bothered that he hasnt sinabi anything to me if i hate him? Would it be that my puso likes him and i dont even know?
