Do the dedicated, die-hard and fanatic medalya also depens on the number of people who see what you post?

For example, if I post a lot of stuff on a spot but no one sees it because the spot has like 2 fans, can I still get one of those medalya or does it have to be seen sa pamamagitan ng other users?

In your case, no one sees it and so then no one mga boto on it.
In order to get a medal in a club you have to have alot of people like your pictures.
Or you have to have a lot of people answer your iksamen questions.
Or both.
So yeah if there are only 2 people I don't think you can get the medal.
