anyone know where i can get two speakers and a microphone thingy you can put on your face and rent them?

i'm putting on a konsiyerto this summer at my friend's house and i can't use the karaoke mics i have because there's going to be big-time dancing. and i don't want to buy them-i wanna rent them.
