Technically you decide when you live or die. Example people who do stupid stuff(100 ways to die) are probably going to die. People who take the time, consider the pros and the cons, the short affect or the long, over all effect. You decide when you die if you do a stupid stunt. Example, riding a bike without a helmet and plummiting down a huge burol only to recive either death or a major brain truama which can kill you.

That's funny, because countries at war seem to think that they have the right... The thing is, though, it comes down to the situation, because if you are being threatened sa pamamagitan ng a serial killer, who is going to kill your child, unless you kill them, then you are deciding whether they should live or die. I think the same should be sinabi for the World Population Crisis, because that is something controversial - should we keep breeding and turn the planet into a dry ball of nothing, or should we kill off 'undesirable' people, in order to help sustain the waning planet. Who knows?
