Is anybody else with a Yahoo email account having trouble with Yahoo mail?

Every time I try going into my account a window pops up saying I have to read and accept their new terms and agreements. When I hit "I accept" the window goes away for a second, then pops right back up. It's also not letting me sign out of my account, either. Is anyone else having this problem right now?

Probably it's just some bug or they're probably changing something. I thought it was my browser, to be honest, but it seems like everyone is having this problem too..

I used to have a yahoo account a taon ago, but i later i made myself a gmail(it was for a youtube account) and a hotmail account. Gmail is the best one in my opinion.

Mine got hacked a while nakaraan so it stopped working for me anyways... But it doesn't matter because I mostly use Gmail anyways.
