How does one gain weight?

Well, continuing my last question, how do i gain weight? I eat ALOT but i never seem to gain weight =3=

and NO im not going to eat pills! I want a natural way rather then stuffing my face which i already do

You may just have a remarkably high metabolism right now. I have family members like that. They can pack it away, and you'd never know it. This may change after you get a little older; the female body does like to hold onto fat.

My mom is thin and so is my dad! My whole family is though~ i think im going to stay thin (i hope i do) lol.

yeah, my mom forces me to eat nutricious foods XS she always hides vegetables in my smoothies and i can never even taste the leafy greens she puts in! So does my dad, he always puts vegetables in my pizza he makes XD we also have a garden so alot of the vegetables we eat are fresh!

bunnies pag-ibig tomatoes O.O and in our city, they hate carrots. but then again, im talking about medford...the place where squirrels are hyper during winter XD and the birds stay during winter
