I have a weight issue i am over weight wanting to loose. I am 125 pounds 5 foot 6 please dont make fun of me!. Please can someone give any dieting tips?

But I just want you to know that your weight is perfect for your body, so don't worry. ))

don't go on any fad diets, they suck and can harm you.

just try eating healthy, and cut out basura pagkain and stuff. And sa pamamagitan ng doing that you'll maintain a healthy weight.

1. Stay calm. Think about what you are going to do before you do it.

2. Try exercising and eating healthier foods. It will help trust me as long as you don't over exercise. :)

3. Don't go on a diet! Thats like the worst thing you can do.

P.S. Your not over weight unless your doctor tells you that you are. As of right now your fine. :) Just be happy. Go see a movie with your mga kaibigan or something. There is no need to worry about your weight when you can be out enjoying life! :D

Is that what you see when you look in the mirror or is that what someone is telling you? you are not over weight. My sister is the same height and weight and she is really skinny. If you were to loose madami weight you could end up with some real health problems like anorexia or bulimia. Two of the worst eating disorders. Ask your doctor, he or she would probably tell you the same, you are at a good weight for your height. So, read this, you are not overweight. I don't know how else to say it. Except to just eat healthy and exercise regularly but don't hurt yourself over this.
