I need help with this

I have a friend name Kim. She and I have been mga kaibigan for a while now. Then I got a new friend named Kate. Kim spent 1 minuto with Kate and already got into an arguement with her. Kim always did this with my new friends. When Kim does all this stuff its hard to be mga kaibigan with her. In the end we would yell at each other, and I would give her the silent treatment just so we could go back to yelling at each other. I cant deal with it anymore. I wanna be mga kaibigan with her. So what should I do.

(These names were fake and are not the names of anyone I know.)

This happened to me I was freinds with a girl called Meghan and she was mga kaibigan with a girl I hated called Eilidh. Eventually I went and got some new friends.
