Its very hard to describe... what exactly makes a person elegant? Well, it differs from person to person, depending on personal tastes. Meaning that it could be a wide range of things, depending on what exactly that person likes.
For example, i think that men with these qualities are elegant, pleasing perhaps; Tall, preferably dark hair, beautiful eyes, absolute sweetheart, looks good in a suit, looks good in anything really, nice voice.
Why do i like these qualities? Well its just my tastes. However, your tastes can be influenced sa pamamagitan ng certain people. Although Elegance would likely mean that is what you prefer in a person, because it does mean "pleasing in appearance / personality.". Some people are influenced sa pamamagitan ng certain singers, like Adam Levine, they may like men like him because they pag-ibig his pag-awit or his looks or his style.
Like i sinabi above, i told you my preference in men. That means that is what i find elegant. This has changed over the years, and it will change. Currently though i am influenced sa pamamagitan ng people like Benedict Cumberbatch, Andrew Scott and Tom Hiddleston. Why? I just think they're absolutely perfect in appearance and personality. They're the biggest sweethearts i have seen for celebrities.
However, like i sinabi it will change. Years nakaraan my taste or what i prefer to be "elegant" was different. As the years go by, you will change your preferences. Overall, it is based on your influence sa pamamagitan ng certain people, but you do get influenced sa pamamagitan ng different people over time. So it will change, depending on who you are at that time.
This, would be the basic concept of elegance, although others may disagree. This is honestly the best way to explain it, it depends on the person's tastes. That is what i truly think makes a person elegant, it is all in the eyes of the person you ask.
