Science. Boring, or not? Hated, or not?

(If you hate it, say why in a few words... don't write an essay, because I won't bother pagbaba it - and then, you will have written an essay that no-one will ever read... what a waste of time and energy, right?)

I see what you mean. I think it's madami just the way that the educational facilities and governments approach certain topics within a school environment. It's easy to make science boring at school, but it's cool if you do lab work and that sort of stuff. When I spent a few months at lectures for uni, I found that it was way madami interesting, than it was at school.

well, I guess I have to learn the boring stuff before I can do the fun stuff (nomenclature uggg) but I do enjoy watching shows like Nova, like I sinabi I enjoy science and it makes sense to me, it can just be boring to do, but you're right, it depends on what you're doing and what approach you take to it I guess

Yeah. It's the same with anything, I suppose. If you take the time to get good at something and learn past the boring stuff, then it gets interesting after that. Or, some people just naturally pag-ibig something and never get bored doing it. xD

It lets us understand the universe a little better. The best thing about science is it always tests its theories and experiments. The instant it becomes disproven, it'll likely be thrown out, be held to certain circumstances, or be improved/revised.

:P Getting close to an essay there... I almost didn't read it. Jk. I agree with you. Science is incredibly interesting, especially ecology, biology and astronomy, I think. What are your paborito fields of science?

Just wait until college. I gotta read freaking 50+ pages every damn day. FUUU. I like biology but while I got the highest grade in my college biology class, that class was a lot harder than I expected. I'm worn out sa pamamagitan ng it lol...

I honestly think science is the most beautifully fascinating thing ever. And I wish people would realize madami to it then how it is portrayed in a classroom where they bash the curiosity and beauty of it to pieces. I find it miraculous learning about how everything works. About how my own being works and everything around me. The creativity of countless scientists put into just helping us understand everything. It's incredible. There's so much we can never know about the universe, and that's why I like to live my life to chasing down madami things about it.

Exactly. I pag-ibig it when you describe science... you always make it sound how it really is, rather than how it is portrayed in schools, and whatnot.

I was in it for one semester in high school but I dropped out of it cause I didn't understand it. I wish I had taken madami of it in school. Anyways, I think Science is interesting in a lot of ways.

If you look at all branches of science and look at them together, you can see and understand what a beautiful, delicate, and complex miracle the universe is, and how it's still so much of a mystery to us.
It's a humbling feeling, really, and a beautiful one.

I only find it boring in the sense that if you don't know what your doing, or don't understand it, you just get confused and then it just ruins the whole thing
