How can I leave a comment or post on someone's wall?

it's not that hard to figure it out
just go to whoever you want to write on their wall
add a smiley and a pagpaparangal if you want
then click post

If you are having trouble Pagsulat on someones pader it could be:
1. That person has their account set up so that only people he/she is a tagahanga of can write. Try sending them a message letting them know that you are trying to write on their wall.
2. The browser you are using may not allow you to write on the wall. I found that IE does not allow you, try using FF instead. That is what I use for fanpop anyway.
