How do you make your own banner??

I've tried everything and it just hasn't worked... is it even possible?
If not, does anyone know where I can find an awesome banner???

and for making your own banner,you have to use special programs,im not very familiar withT.T

Well you could get two pieces of A4 paper and stick them together. Then write whatever you want the banner to be for then decorate it!
