The impossible Statement!

Who can explain theses two sentences? Whoever can will get 10 props. :)
OK, here it is:

The sentence below is a lie
The sentence above is the truth

What exactly does that mean? :D

Bit if that were true, the truth would be a lie that the truth is a truth, so then the truth would be a lie, but it wwouldnt be a lie if it was a truth that wa a lie. O.o

There is really no solution, because if the "The sentence above is the truth" line was a lie like the "The sentence below is a lie" line said, then that would make the tuktok sentence the a lie. But then the tuktok sentence was telling the truth about the bottom one being a lie, so then if that sentence was a truth, then the bottom sentence was right, while at the same time it was wrong. It's like a paradox. A confusing paradox.

If they were both lies, then that means the tuktok one would have been lying, thus it meant that the bottom line was the truth, so they can't both be lies

If the tuktok sentence is a lie, then that would mean the bottom sentence is the truth, but how can it be the truth if it sinabi that the tuktok sentence was the truth when it was a lie?
