Do you think that it's important to have both parents in your life?

This was a tanong i saw on Tv and people came up with some really interesting answers...
for example...

Yes, because people with only one parent are madami likely to go to prison (statistically)
No, The Mother/Father could be abusive, they're better off without.

My friend doesn't talk to her dad anymore. When we used to talk madami she would tell me how much she hated her mother and how much she loved her dad. Well they got into a little argument last MAY and she hasn't talked to him since. She isn't really my friend anymore because her mom just let's her do whatever and she isn't disciplined. She skips class all the time now, stuff like that. When she was my friend(and she talked to her dad) she would never even think about doing that because she would be disciplined sa pamamagitan ng her dad. She has changed for the worse since she stopped talking to her dad. :(

I know, and her dad loves her so much. He is good mga kaibigan with my dad and every time they talk he says how much he misses her, and i miss her too :(

Aww, that's so sad. I think its puso breaking when kids do this and they think they're only hurting themselves when in all reality they're hurting everyone around them.
