On a worldwide scale I don't know and don't really care. 2017 wasn't horrible for me on a personal level by any means but I've pretty firmly decided to make 2018 better. Will there be bad times? Will I stumble around and lose track of my goals a lot? Of course. But I'm not expecting perfection or even anything "good"- I'm just determined to be better at working towards my goals than I have been.
