All better! Have to eat easily and not too fast but still all better. I do have plenty of soft foods in case I need it though. I can't believe I just went a whole araw literally without eating. I know that's not healthy for me. I didn't mean not eat but I've been so sick in kama for 3 entire days and I unexpectedly went one entire araw with no pagkain in my stomach. I guess I just didn't want to risk barfing a third time when I already did twice. I did make myself a nice bowl of cereal (I felt just like a zombie while I was up) but I never touched it. cereal with gatas with gatas would make it worse. Eat some salty crackers,tea without sugar. Lots of water in a small amount. Then eat a whole meal that is diet to make your stomach relax. 17 days ago
