Why was the episode "Turn and Face the Strange" called that?

I get that it's a line in that David Bowie song. I'm not sure how it relates to the episode, though.

I think that the line it refers to was "turn and face the strange, ch-ch-changes" which may relate to the individual characters storylines. Maybe it is linked the the potential villainous Claire or the changes in (future and present) Peter, Niki, Angela and HRG's plots within the episode! Hope this helps.
