Hair: If you paliguan at night fixing your kama hair in the morning will be a hassle. If you straighten your hair go ahead and get started before going to bed. That way when you straighten it in the morning also it won't be so time consuming. After straightening your hair use a night cream on your hair. If you wear your hair curly you should curl it or scrunch it in the morning but still use the night serum to wake up with shiny locks. For volume the susunod morning wear your hair in a high ponytail at night.

2.Face: First off wash your face at night and in the morning for better skin. At night after washing your face with makeup remover apply a spot treatment to red bumps, blackheads, and even the bumps you can feel but can't really see. however, make sure you remember to clean it off in the morning, then moisturize. Another face tip for nightime is take off all eye makeup with eye makeup remover so you won't look like a raccoon in the morning and your eyelashes won't fall out. Apply an eye depuffer cream for undereye circles, puffiness, and wrinkles.


3.Skin: Self-tanning lotion! It's great to wake up with a golden glow in the morning. I use jergen's at night, let it dry, and sleep and then wake up with a pretty glow to get me going. For darker girls or girls wanting to get rid of scars or ashy skin use Palmer's kakaw mantikilya at night and you'll be smooth in the morning. Plus it helps fade scars.




4.Teeth: Well, of course, brush your teeth at night! But also, use whitening strips before going to kama for pearly whites. Also, use a good chapstick on your lips overnight to make your smile even prettier!



5.If you sweat a lot or sometimes forget to put deodorant in the morning use clinical strength deodorant before going to bed. If you forget to add again in the morning it still works throughout the day.




6.Sleep high. Sleep on two pillows instead of one pillow. Gravity helps lymph and blood flow so fluid won't accumulate.



7.Sleep on your back. Audrey Hepburn once sinabi that lying on your stomach is bad for your beauty sleep. An average head weighs 7 to 8 pounds, so that's a lot pressure that you put on your face every night.





Tips:

Use antiheat spray before straightening you hair so it won't be fried.


Let your tan and nails dry before hitting the hay.
People under 16 shouldn't use whitening strips (it can take the enamel off of your teeth)


If you're over the age of 21, you can use Saki as a make-up remover. Just put a little bit on a cotton ball and remove your make-up. It's good for your face and removes everything!


If you want a quality sleep and if you want to feel nice and relaxed before going to bed, drink a cup of green tsaa and put some relaxing/classical music on. I prefer Vivaldi and reggae before I go to sleep, it really calms me down.



You could write in your diary before going to bed.


It helps you organize your life. You could also write your to do listahan for the susunod day.


Sleep in good time, don't stay up late. For a beautiful face and a peaceful araw you need to be cheered and fully rest. Sleep at 10-11 PM. Try to wake up early in weekends, I prefer to wake up at 9-10 AM. Laying in kama all araw just because it's weekend is not good for your face, you'll be tired and lazy all day.


Remember: True beauty comes from the inside!!! No amount of hair serum or face wash will make you glow as brightly as you will with confidence.
