I would think a good challenge would be a true detector challenge. You pair up people and they ask each other embarassing questions. If they lie it shocks them and they're out. If they tell the truth, you hear a "ding!". The winner of each pair will be paired up with the rest of winners and so on until there is only one pair. The winner of that pair wins.
