I know people say that it's a good thing when you get your "woman-hood" (as my mom calls it), but trust me. It sucks.
I got mine about 2 years ago, when I was 9 or 10.

*My mother told me that I was too young to use tampons.

*Try to stick with pads from now on, and carry around a little pitaka thingy that has a few extra pads in it, kinda like a tiny personal wallet that you don't want anyone to look into. x3

*The mood swings suck. I know. But just yell at people that be jekrs to you all the time and no one will mess with you. :3

*Hang out with your friends. Being around them can ease the pain and moodiness a little.

*Eat lots o' chocolate. xD

*If cramps bother you so much that you burst out crying bvecause of the pain, use a heating pad and/or ibuprofen or any medicine thingy that helps the pain stop clawing at your abdomen.

*I feel like a doctor xD

*And having your period near a tornado storm isn't good. I'm not gonna lie to you, it scares the s**t outta you.
And moodswings really aren't gonna help with it. But I've been in a few tornado situations before, and just get your family and a few non-perishable foods with you into a lower level room with no windows and you should be fine.

*And, finally, try not to kill someone who offers you a cupcake.
One time, when I was as moody as a pregnant lady on caffeine, my friend offered me a sprinkled cupcake with blue frosting (it looked good) and I nearly screamed at her, despite my need for a lovely sugar rush.
"Oh, what, because when I'm as fat and bloated as I am, I don't want to watch my weight? YOU THINK I'M GONNA EAT THAT BIG FAT PIECE OF GLUCOSE?! WELL, YOU'RE WRONG!"
Try to control yourself. :3

awwwww honey! It's ok, all girls go through it. It may seem like a mayjor deal now, but soon it'll just be some crappy thing to deal with once a month. I know it sucks getting at 11,(I got mine at 12) but everyone's body's different and yours just felt it was time. It's ok *hugs* here have some chocoalte *gives chocolate* ;D

It's not that bad, people will forget all about it! And you'll get used to it, very quickly might I add! It's a part of life. Something every girl gets :)

About the storm: The Tornado probably won't hit.
Well...It May not hit. Or, it could just go around your town. I live in Springfield, so there are warnings ALL the time! And None of them have actually hit my house, or town or anything like that. I suggest that for both them...think of the positives! :D (Okay, I adment, I say that alot, and it doens't aaallwaaays work..)

I know it's scary the first time. But it's okey, you'll get used to it. Every girly goes thourgh it. You not alone. I got mine when I was 13. It was such a shock, how'd that get there?

Yeah its scary but you get over it. YOu will be fine. Just cover your underwear with pads and you will be fine. Also take some meds. YOu being on your period can make you cranky.

I got mine a few days after my 12th birthday... Right on St. Patricks Day, lol!
At school? Wow, that must suck.
But don't feel bad or anything, I know it's scary and stuff, but you can get used to it.... The only tips I really have are that your too young to use tampons... OH! And the mood swings suck.
You'll be dancing around the room, perfectly fine, and the smallest thing can make you cry for hours. I once cried because my mom started talking to me while I was reading... I screamed "CANT YOU PEOPLE LEAVE ME THE F*** ALONE!?!" and burst into tears. o_o

And don't take to guys. Like, at all. I don't know about you, but the guys I know piss me off all the time... My gym teacher tried to run laps when I had my period. (my gym teacher's a guy). he was all "It's been scientifically proven you're supposed to run on your period." so I glared at him and sinabi "Who proved that? A man?" XD

I know it sucks. But it had to happen sooner or later....

awwwww come here Hun *hugs* i got mine when i was like 12 i think, and it sucked ballz the first few times, but then u get used to it. i use tampons but i wouldn't recommend that some one as young as you wear them, just stick with pads for now. and how blood stained your pants, that happened to me too ALL the time so don't feel alone. and the cramps, i would just stop whatever i was doing, get a heating pad, lay down on the sopa and watch tv for like 30 min it really helps! and you should also talk to your mum about all this. hope that helps :)

i got my period at ten (im ten right now LOL) and i was soooo freked out! My aunt was like "r u alright?" and me being a total retard at the moment i was like "im fine" and worked throught it myself. *tip* NEVER try to help ur self when you need it.* i feel your pain lolly :) its alright that just means ur a woman now :)

I hate it so much; and the worst part is, my susunod one's gonna be around when my school starts D:
& My sister's 11 & gonna get her's soon; so now my Dad will be all alone in this householed >:D
When me, my mom, & my sis have our periods, my Dad might as well rent a hotel room for the susunod like, 5 days >:3
